Bowling on the Algarve
Participating Clubs
There are several bowling clubs in and around the Algarve. Most are independantly owned, either by the hotels or tour operators and very little is put back to develop the sport. We at Algarve Bowls in conjunction with the participating clubs are endeavouring to attract the tourist and new members to the clubs as without each other we would not have bowling on The Algarve.
There are only clubs that are actually "members" clubs, where the members actually run and administer the club albeit not necessary owning the club.
The clubs available in our packages are Val Verde, Pedras and Isla Canela just over the border in Spain and please note....all grass greens.
